No Refund on Delivered Digital Cards or Gift Cards:
Once a digital card or gift card has been successfully delivered by our delivery team, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
Failure to Deliver on Time:
If we are unable to deliver your requested product within the promised time frame, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid during the order process.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
We are not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
Order Refusal or Missed Delivery by Customer:
If the customer fails or refuses to receive the product after placing the order, a partial refund will be issued, deducting 5% (fee) from the total amount.
Delivery Timeframe:
